Cornhole...

We headed over to Grammy and Pa's tonight for dinner and some good old fashioned Corn Hole. What is Cornhole, you ask. Well, it's basically a bean bag toss. It was actually surprisingly fun.

First Day of School!!!

I officially have a kindergartener! Can you believe little Lily is officially an elementary school kid? I know I can't. Sorry the pic is blurry :( We were in a hurry. She did not want to be still long enough for me to get even just this one!

Surfer Girlie!

It's our last beach trip of the summer. The last one before Lily starts school. Sun, surfing, happy little girls. Bliss.

Emmie wants to surf. So bad. So very bad.

She had so much fun playing on Daddy's surf board.

And, she got SO mad when he took it away so he could go...well...surf. Without her. What was he thinking? ;)

Well, Mantie Mantie decided Emmie needed some ice cream tonight...this started out great, but, well, it didn't end so well...


Not sure why it was so upsetting. Maybe because it was gone, maybe because it was cold, maybe because Emma is a little special...

July 21: Big day in our house! Lily discovered her first loose tooth and it came out all in the same day! We will be getting our first visit from the Tooth Fairy tonight!
